WARNING ABOUT HOMEMADE GOAT'S MILK SOAP - If you choose to make homemade goat's milk soap, be sure the milk is pasteurized. We've all heard the horror stories about goat farmers who think they can make soap with raw, unpasteurized soap. It's not safe! Unpasteurized milk contains bacteria that is not killed during normal soap making procedures. Buy melt and pour goat's milk soap base! If you must use raw milk, be sure to include your name on the soap label so your customers will know who to contact when something grave happens.
Please be patient while we add more soap recipes to this page. We will not list a recipe unless we've first tested it. Since soap takes 4 to 6 weeks to saponify, we will add more recipes as we see the results with our own eyes.
We've chosen to list our soap recipes by the most obvious ingredients rather than by the name given by their inventors. For example, a recipe that includes coconut oil might be listed as Coconut Oil Soap rather than "Sally's Super Soap Recipe"
