Our inventory system is outstanding. Product quantities are updated in real-time. When an item sells out, it's immediately removed from our website. Other websites continuously accept orders regardless of whether the products are in stock. We used to deal with distributors like that. We'd be counting on certain items to arrive but when the order was delivered, half the items were out of stock! We don't operate that way and never will. Our In-Stock Guarantee is simple. If an item is out of stock, we'll immediately refund your payment and ship the item free when our next shipment arrives! No ifs, ands or buts. If you order an item that's out of stock, you'll receive your money back and we'll send you the product free! We honor our guarantee. Put us to the test! This webpage is an expressed contract. If you purchase an item that's out of stock, we'll refund your payment and send you the item free when it's back in stock! The Fine Print If an item is out of stock, we will refund your payment in the same method used to pay for the order. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the payment to the same credit card. If you paid by PayPal, we will refund the payment to your PayPal account. Refunds for items that are out of stock will be issued when your order is shipped. Refunds through PayPal are immediate. Credit card refunds may take a few days to be processed by your bank. Be sure to add info@georgiabodyandbath.com to your email "safe list". We are VERY easy to work with. If an item you ordered is out stock, first we will refund your payment and ship the remainder of your order. We will then email you to see how you'd like to proceed. If you'd like to wait for the item to come in, we'll send it free when our next shipment comes in. If you prefer, we'll ship a different item to replace the one that was out of stock. Naturally, the substitute product and shipping will be free. We do not substitute products. If an item you ordered is out of stock, rest assured that we won't send a substitute. We'll refund your payment for the item that's out of stock and email you. We will ship a substitute product only if you ask us to! Our In-Stock Guarantee applies to all orders placed on or after July 12, 2010. In-stock guarantee does not apply to items listed in our Clearance & Discontinued section. Clearance and discontinued items are limited-time offers. When our current stock is gone, the items will not be available again. |
