The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site. Partial Shipments: While we strive to keep all products in stock, it's inevitable that some items might temporarily be out of stock. If you purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will split your order. We will ship the items that are in stock and create a separate order for the item that is on back order. You will not be charged shipping for the back-ordered item. Sales Prices: To keep our regular customers coming back, we frequently run unadvertised specials. Impromptu specials are offered at our discretion. If you purchase an item today and the same item goes on sale tomorrow, do not expect us to refund the difference. We might very well discontinue the sale tomorrow or we might run it indefinitely. Expecting us to honor today's sales price for an item you purchased last week would be the same as us expecting you to pay the difference if the price goes up! Private Sales & Promotions: We frequently offer private sales and promotions that are not available to the general public. These private sales and promotions are announced in our email newsletters and on our FaceBook page. If you'd like to be informed on our private sales and promotions, be sure to sign up for our email newsletter and become a fan of our FaceBook page. Delivery Methods and Times: We ship by the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Actual delivery time depends on your exact location.

Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product. When a fragrance is a trademark of another company, we clearly identify that fragrance as a "Type." For example, our "Moonlight Path Type" is our version of the fragrance trademarked and owned by Bath and Body Works. eCheck Payments: We accept eCheck payments through PayPal. The check must clear through PayPal before we can ship your order. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY BY ECHECK, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS. EMail Newsletter: All new customers are automatically subscribed to our email newsletter. We often run private sales that announced only through our newsletter. If you don't want to receive our email newsletter, click the unsubscribe link in the first newsletter you receive and you will be removed from our emailing list. Privacy Policy: We do not rent, sell or leave personal information. The information you provide when placing an order will remain securely in our control. Shipping & Delivery: We ship by the US Postal Service and UPS to the 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam or any other U.S. territory or possession.
GROUND SHIPPING ONLY: Because fragrance oils are both liquid and flammable, they must be shipped by Ground only. We do not offer Priority Mail, Express Mail, or UPS Air shipping on fragrance oils. Return Policy: Fragrance oils, home fragrance oils, and reed diffuser oils are not returnable for any reason unless we shipped the wrong oil by mistake. Our return policy on these oils is NON-NEGOTIABLE. If you are unsure what a fragrance will smell like, we recommend purchasing the $1.49 sample size. Our policy of not accepting returns on fragrance oils, home fragrance oils, and reed diffuser oils is for your protection and so we can ensure the quality and integrity of our products. You can rest assured that our fragrance oils have not been contaminated by an outside source.
All other merchandise can be returned within 7 days of receipt. To cover our costs, we will deduct our cost of shipping from the refund. The net refund will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account once we receive the merchandise back. You must also pay the return shipping. We will refund or replace any product that is defective or contaminated when received. In order to receive a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective item. Items are not considered defective simply because you don't like the fragrance. Soap molds are returnable ONLY If unused and in new condition. Orders Returned As Undeliverable or Refused By Customer: If you order is returned to us by USPS or UPS, we will refund the payment to your credit card or PayPal account MINUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. We are not in business to lose money on returned packages. Regardless of the reason, if your order is returned to us by USPS or UPS, we will deduct our shipping costs before applying any refund to your credit card or PayPal account. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items, but we MUST deduct our shipping costs from the original order amount. This policy applies even if you refuse delivery of your order from USPS or UPS. Damage and Leakage During Shipment: We will replace any item damaged during shipment by UPS or USPS.
Although we securely package fragrance oils and other liquids, leakage occasionally occurs during shipment. Liquids are prone to leakage despite being taped shut and double bagged. We will replace or refund AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT of any liquid that leaked during shipment. We will not replace an entire 8-ounce bottle if only a few drops leaked out. The 1-ounce fragrance oils are our most popular size. The bottles sell for only $3.95. If you purchased a 1-ounce bottle and less than 50% of the contents leaked out, we will not replace the amount that leaked. We will refund an appropriate percentage of the purchase price. If you purchased an 8-ounce bottle and 1 ounce leaked out, we will refund 1/8th of the purchase price. It's unfortunate that leakages do occur, but do not assume we are obligated to replace an entire bottle unless ALL OF THE CONTENTS leaked out. If the leakage was less than 50% of the entire contents, we will refund a prorated amount of the purchase price.
We don't intend to sound insensitive about leakage but reality is reality. We always include extra in our 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16-ounce bottles. If only a few drops leaked out, there's no need to contact us. You didn't pay for those few drops. They were EXTRA to begin with. We will not refund any liquid unless at least 1/8th of the total contents leaked out. We will refund leakage between 1/8th and 1/2 of the the total contents. We will replace only bottles that arrived less than 50% full.
Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within one (1) hour of placing your order. Our checkout includes a Confirmation Page that you should review prior to finalizing your order. If you must cancel your purchase, please do so within one hour of placing the order. Product Descriptions: We have attempted to describe our fragrances as accurately as possible. However, Georgia Body & Bath Co does not warrant that product descriptions are reliable or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described on this website, your sole remedy is to return the product in unused condition. Product Reviews: Visitors may post product reviews on our website. We reserve the right to edit and remove any comment as we see fit. Our decision to edit or remove product reviews is final. Our product review software logs the IP address of all users. We will assist law enforcement agencies in prosecuting any person who posts a comment that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening. Turnaround Times: Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship. Shipping time depends on the product and how busy we are. Pre-made items such as soap molds, color dyes, candle wax, candle wicks, candle jars, and tools are normally shipped the following business day. Most body and bath products such as lotions, creams, perfume, shampoo, bubble bath, shower gel, and body splash are shipped within 2 business days. Once they are made, soaps and candles must harden for at least 24 hours before they can be shipped. These items are normally shipped in 2 to 3 business days. Home fragrance oils and reed diffuser oils are normally shipped the following business day. Depending on the time of year, how busy we are, and how many orders were placed before yours, shipping time for fragrance oils can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Shipping Times: If you make soap, candles, or bath & body products, read carefully. We receive the bulk of our orders over the weekend. If you place an order over the weekend, it may or may not be shipped Monday morning. All of our products are made to order, and many of our customers place large orders. While our normal turnaround time is one business day, orders placed over the weekend might take a few days to ship.
HOLIDAYS ARE INSANE. We receive 40% of our annual orders between November 15 and December 20. Shipping times and turnaround times during these days are greatly extended. If you wait until the last minute to order, expect significant delays in shipping times and turnaround times. Grades of Fragrance Oils: Cosmetics Grade - Cosmetics Grade oils are intended for direct use on the body as a skin-safe perfume oil and as burning oils. This grade of oil cannot be used in cosmetics, lotions, soaps, or candles. We do not carry Cosmetics Grade fragrance oils.
Manufacturer's Grade - Manufacturer's Grade oils can be used in cosmetics products including soaps, lotions, creams, and perfumes. This grade can also be used in candles.
Premium Grade - Premium Grade fragrance oils are the best all-around oils. This grade is superior quality and by far the best choice for use in MP soap, CP soap, and candles.
